Crescent Canyon is working well for me. The web portal where I pay my rent and schedule maintenance are very convenient and service it timely. I've lived in my building for 5 years now. It was constructed in 1929 so it doesn't have parking but they take that into account (I think) so I can afford to rent a parking space 3 blocks away. The building is well kept and fairly secure.
Easy leasing and move in process. Responsive maintenance. Haven’t had any issues yet.
Love the management company gets repair done fast.
