This apartment complex should not be permitted to advertise as a "luxury" complex. It is extremely poorly managed, including constant turnover of management and leasing members. The leasing office is so unhelpful, disorganized and self-interested. The condition of the hallways and garage remain in constant disgust and disarray. The elevators rarely work. Always sketchy persons frequenting the garage and hallways. I could not emphasize enough how bad of an idea it would be to live here.
genuinely tried to ignore all the horrible reviews about this property since it’s under new management now.. but i guess it’s not getting better. Juan and Ashley the office staff are nice enough but horrible responsiveness, no professionalism, overall can’t get help unless you literally show up in their office. this is all even before signing a lease.. i can’t imagine how it would be after if i ever needed something. literally got ghosted by this property after submitting my application and being told i was approved.. never ... read more

Shoutout to Ashley who did everything to make my move-in process smooth and easy- she was super communicative from the start and answered patiently all my questions. Juan and her were very friendly and helpful.
