Selena was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire leasing process! She was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable—answering all my questions quickly and making everything smooth and stress-free. Her communication was top-notch, and she truly went above and beyond .
I called the office and spoke with Selena the leasing agent . She was very kind and helped me with any questions I had . Great Customer service !
Love these apartments, definitely recommend everytime I get the chnace too, our office people are so nice and helpful especially Jasmine !! The pool is amazing , as well as the view on our balcony THE PRIVACY IS TOP TIER !!! never worried about my safety here which is such a blessing !
I would strongly advise against moving to Crescent Apartments. The location on South Congress might seem appealing, especially for those moving from out of state, but don’t be fooled — the condition of the property does not match the rent or fees. Maintenance here is terrible. The parcel lockers were down for over 3 weeks, meaning packages were either delayed or lost.
