They are making guests pay to park now out of nowhere... No discussion with the residents, just seems like a scheme to make money. There was absolutely no need for this – they should be more concerned about the way the hallways look.
My friend lives here and the common areas are always dirty when I visit. Literal trash thrown all over the place sometimes. I felt drawn to write this review because I came to visit today and they recently instituted paid parking for guests. It’s honestly laughable. They’re charging $8 an hour to park in a non-protected, dirty, tiny spot parking garage. Just don’t live here lol.
Toured with Selena last week and she was so informative. She helped answers all my questions, and the property was beautiful!
