Good service. Everything in time ‘cept had to be reminded of jeep tire rotation. Good.
The renovations are very nice and it is great to see inventory on the lot again. Service was prompt and completed in a timely manner. Everyone I talked too was very pleasant and follow up was appreciated. Wes the service manager did a great job from our very first meeting through this appointment.

I pulled into the lot with a broken ignition switch, so I could not turn the car off. Bryan came right out and moved the car in. He called me the next morning and said they were able to build a new ignition holder, as my old one (my car is a 2007), had the switch broken, and Mopar no longer sells parts for my 300. Bryan called me at 2:30 and said my car was ready. I was thrilled! I love my car, it only has 120,000 miles and it runs great! They have taken care of both my Jeeps for several years. Wouldn't go any where else. Great people, good service.
They are always very helpful and nice. The last time I was there they started on my Jeep right a way and I knew what was wrong and it was fixed in a short time.
