Bad service no compassion for my situation, I have a fractured wrist I waited over 2 hrs to be seen by the dr that wasn’t even in the office. I went for an authorization to be send to a specialist, I had to keep calling the next day to get an update and the referral coordinator was not helpful at all. I worked at this hospital for 2 years....1976 to 1978 as a physician and surgeon but was paid as a dish washer. Nigerian Mafia around me negotiated my Federal funds with the accountant and they were cashing my checks and payroll me. I have written to them and yet to no avail. I am now sending another letter. I am extremely impressed by the efficiency of my "walk-in" visit. I was screened, had my Medi-Cal approved, saw a PCP, and had lab work done all in 90 minutes! The experience was fantastic. The only hiccup came when CVS refused to fill my prescription... but... a wonderful, barracuda staff member straightened the pharmacy out quite well. Thanks!
