Used to love the place, customer service really dived down, the waiting time is also ridiculous. Waited 30 minutes for my order while the place was empty. Time to find a new spot
I’ve visited Crema several times, and both the service and customer care are consistently excellent. The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting—perfect for families, catching up with friends after a workout, or simply enjoying a nice brunch. Their coffee is delicious, and in my opinion, the green juice is a standout. The food is fantastic, and their cakes are just as impressive. Without a doubt, Crema is a place I always choose whenever I get the chance.
I have dined in and gotten orders delivered for a few years now. They are very inconsistent with quality control and a lot of times something is missing. I was very disappointed that my matcha tastes like water and milk.. it is so bad!!!! Never ordering it again.
The food was incredible,the coffee was amazing and the runners are funny !!!!!
