We’ve had a really positive experience with Creekwood Apartments, especially when it comes to communication and maintenance. Whenever we’ve had an issue or maintenance request, the team has been very responsive and has worked quickly to address it. I especially want to recognize Lauren. She has been very helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with whenever we’ve had questions or concerns, and I really appreciate the way she follows up with us. Had covid got assistance to pay the rent. A week after receiving that check from my assistance in they stated they were not renewing my lease with no reason attached. Safe to say it was probably due to them having to wait for the check from restore hope. I additionally had asked them to fix the vent that had possible black mold they just tried to spray paint it not clean it and the rat issue that ruined my property they had come out only because I had to keep calling every Tuesday and ask why it wasn’t done.
