Had covid got assistance to pay the rent. A week after receiving that check from my assistance in they stated they were not renewing my lease with no reason attached. Safe to say it was probably due to them having to wait for the check from restore hope. I additionally had asked them to fix the vent that had possible black mold they just tried to spray paint it not clean it and the rat issue that ruined my property they had come out only because I had to keep calling every Tuesday and ask why it wasn’t done.
