As a returning customer to Creekview realty, I knew exactly what to expect when using this service. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the process had become even easier, and at a lower cost too! I had found out this company from a friend. I thought it was too good to be true. They are real and delivered to what they have advertised.! Thank you Creekview. You had put a lot of money in our pockets. We just finished selling and buying a house through them. We were so happy to get my 2% rebate on the following day we closed on the purchased of the house. We had tried to sell my mother’s house for about a month—for sale by owner. We signed up with Creekview Realty with the second tier option offering MLS number, lockbox, sign, and negotiation with buyers’ agent— and within about four days, we had an offer! They have been EXTREMELY helpful and responsive to calls, texts, emails throughout the selling process. I highly recommend going with this online realty. Fantastic company with great customer service; extremely knowledgeable professional staff; and prompt to follow up. I've bought/sold 4 properties through Creekview and working on the 5th. They have saved me over $50k to date over a traditional Real Estate flow. Highly recommended if you know how to read contracts and have some basic business savvy. The savings are impossible to ignore.

Creekview does an outstanding job of helping you sell your house without a realtor. They charge $800 to list and $500 extra to do paperwork. They saved me $24K in realtor fees. They were responsive, polite and on top of things. I can't recommend them enough.

We went with the flat fee package including MLS listing and yard sign, supra box, and 24/7 assistance! Any changes I requested to the MLS listing were completed within less than an hour. They listed my Open Houses quickly. The Creekview website is about as thorough and clear as it could be. Creekview real estate professionals are the best! Never missed a beat during the whole process. I am thoroughly impressed. Oh, and they saved me almost $10,000!!
