If I could give this place zero stars, I would. How do you report the complex or the people working there? My mother submitted a work order over two months ago, and nothing has been done. The management here is terrible — nothing ever gets handled or it’s months later. I’m actively trying to find somewhere else for her to move because of how poorly this property is managed. If my mother gets hurt because this work order continues to be ignored, the company will absolutely be held responsible.
The property management and maintenance do not take care of issues. Running toilets, broken refrigerator, security lights are out for nearly a year. This is a senior living community and they take advantage of the kind and polite seniors living there. No one ever answers the phone and they are rarely at the office on the property. But they are always present on rent day to collect monthly payments.
I recently experience the devil at it's best. I wouldn't even visit anyone resides there. Heartless, cold and evilness. Should be under new management! Residents be careful!
From my visits to the property, i can truly say the scenery is nice, the community is quiet and the residents are really polite and helpful. I have experienced the property manager there locally and that's where you guys need improvement. She is not very friendly, she has a mean disposition and on occasions I've heard tenants complain about how she treat them.
