I recently experience the devil at it's best. I wouldn't even visit anyone resides there. Heartless, cold and evilness. Should be under new management! Residents be careful!
From my visits to the property, i can truly say the scenery is nice, the community is quiet and the residents are really polite and helpful. I have experienced the property manager there locally and that's where you guys need improvement. She is not very friendly, she has a mean disposition and on occasions I've heard tenants complain about how she treat them. The property manager S.King lacks management and communication skills she was unprofessional to a family member living in the senior citizen complex.
The residence manager, Senita King, lacks adequate customer service training, she has poor communication skills, and she is unqualified to work with the senior citizens in this community.
Despite being advertised as an elderly community, management frequently mishandled personal belongings, leaving them outside. This lack of respect for residents' property is unacceptable and undermines the sense of security and dignity one should expect in such a community, please DO NOT put your family members here!!!!! With LOVE ❤️
