I have lived here for almost a year. My apartment was brand new and it was beautifully done. I did not get to see my apt prior to moving in as it was being built! I toured apts close to it! It was so nice to see it was what I was hoping for. Such a gorgeous large kitchen with an island and so much counter and cabinet space. I enjoy having an actual wash room for my washer and dryer. I have to say the apartments are beautiful, the staff is great and friendly. All of the management team is helpful and polite as well as the maintenance team is respectful and knowledgeable at all times!! The 2 (Two) Community Centers are great and loaded with things for the residences to do. From 2 (Two) gym rooms to a pool room, computer room and a very nice outdoor pool. What more can you ask for :-).
Just came from the Resident Wine tasting and had a blast. Ursala and Aklile were fantastic and so created such a warm atmosphere. You should come give this place a look, you might find yourself signing a new lease!
Can I say how much I Love it here??? Especially when the weather gets warmer, everyone is out exercising, walking dogs, just enjoying the beautiful surroundings !!
So excited to move after the property tour!!! It's perfect for us empty nesters!
