This place is trash! Over $2,000 a month for a polished turd. The common areas are disgusting, nothing ever works, the hallways and elevators smell like urine, there is never a shortage of feces all over the sidewalks, and the key fabs rarely work to enter your building. The manager Ursula is one of the rudest and most incompetent human beings on a power trip, that I’ve ever come into contact with. We broke our lease 6 months early because of these reasons. It’s a relaxing place to live.
Competitive pricing for the area. Love my apartment, it is updated, spacious and clean. The amenities including pool, gym, dog park and walkways are great. I feel safe, the management is responsive to requests for change and maintenance is handled promptly. Good choice, good shopping and convenient to both DC and Baltimore.
THE BEST apartment complex I have ever stayed at. The grounds are well taken care of, the amenties are great and the staff is absolutely SUPER FANTASTIC!!! Special shout out to Krystal!!1
The managerial staff is FANTASTIC. They have always been there when I needed them. Ursulla and Krystal are the best. The engineering staff is top notch as well. This is a pet friendly area and the staff is as well , I highly recommend you stop by.
The employees here from top to bottom are fantastic. I've never had a bad customer service experience. The buildings and facilities are beautiful, with two clubhouses and a massive pool. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to some pretty great food options, and very close to BJ's. I love this community, the only reason I'm even considering moving out is because I want to buy a home. If I was content staying in an apartment I would never leave this place.
