OK GOOGLE Reviews.... often times you open it up and its either five starts or one. I can confidently and cheerfully select 5 starts for Creekside Village Apartments. Due to my job I have been in and out of rentals for the past 13 years and this has been my best experience so far. *The naysayers and those who gave it lower reviews were just bitter and non compliant tenants. We have been here for almost a year and a half. I LOVE IT HERE!!! Very quiet and family oriented community. Our move here was meant to be a place to finally settle for a while and get some healing, it has taking me up until this point to finally start to relax, I am slower then others with regards to feeling comfortable in new places. We love the management at our apartment complex and it’s well maintained. This complex cares about their tenants because they actually throw get togethers for the holidays and try to give back to their tenants. We will be sad for the day we move out of the complex. They are very pet friendly! Very close to North fort JBLM. Also, just a short drive away to all stores and grocery stores. They accept RPP if you’re a military family.
Lived here as a military family for 4 years. Our rent was barely raised the entire time we lived there. Very nice apartments in a great location. The running trail down to the puget sound was one of my wife and I’s favorite things about the complex. The management is excellent and really care about the residents. Strongly recommend!
