Just got a notice of rent increase yesterday. No repairs have been done despite so many emails sent, majority of which are ignored, no upkeep maintenance, no improvements, they cant even maintain the pool so it can be enjoyed during summer. Don't live here. Management addresses none of the roach and other peat issues, dog feces everywhere and absolutely no maintenance on inside of apartments. Ive had the same air filter in my ac unit for almost a year and a clogged kitchen sink went unrepaired for over a month, had to do it myself. The leak is still there. Maintenance repair man entered my unit twice while I was at work and my kids were home without notice.
