DO NOT MOVE HERE. They will have you living in moldy apartments and just painting over the mold instead of seeing where it is coming from. The maintenance men are very lazy and do not care about fixing anything.

NEVER rent from here. I lived here 2.5 years and am disgusted by the way it's cared for. An absolute scam of a place. They'll start by not asking for a deposit and charging a non-refundable "deposit waiver fee" of $60/month. Then let your apartment flood while you're away and let mice roam freely in and out of the apartment. We had mice twice and were told by the exterminator that the maintenance team would be by to fix the HOLE letting the mice in. Never did they fix the hole to the outside. I’ve lived here for over a year and have had no problems. Nice complex, neighbours keep to themselves and the ones I do know are very friendly. I am in a one bedroom so I don’t really see kids in this part of the complex, so it’s actually pretty quiet over here. Never had a package stolen, never had any complaint about anyone. The rent is more affordable than anything else I looked at while still including all the amenities I want, in unit washer and dryer was my top priority so I am very pleased to have it. These apartments are dirty and the people are nasty they leave dirty diapers and garbage in the hallway and it stinks. Management never cleans the hallways there’s visible dirt in the stairwell and on the main door to the building. I don’t understand why no one cleans the building???!! Update they painted over the dirt then left paint chips all over the hallway like this place is really trifling.
