Recently catered a baby shower that I hosted. Heidi was great to work with and offered some good suggestions for my menu. There was a little glitch with the chafing dishes/sterno, but in the end, they "made it right" and went out of their way to see that I was satisfied. Chicken Piccata was delicious!

Whenever I come up from Florida I have to get their lobster quesadilla.
