Please do not take your pet to Creekside under any circumstances. On July 3rd, my 9-month-old kitten vomited once and had some mild diarrhea. My kitten was promptly taken to his primary veterinarian, where an x-ray was taken (showing nothing abnormal), and he was sent home with medication. Unfortunately, that evening, while attempting to use the litter box, he experienced a rectal prolapse. This was discovered after hours for his regular vet, and since the next day was the 4th of July, the decision was made to take him to Cr... read more

This is the most horrible veterinary establishment i have ever visited. I know multiple people that absolutely HATE this place. The employees are terrible, they are rude and just want to suck money out of you. they don’t give a crap about your pet. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE DO NOT GO HERE. it is a TERRIBLE place. I will NEVER step foot here again. I wish i could rate zero stars.
Took my dog on a Sunday to get his ear sewn up from a scuffle him and my other dog had. Staff is very attentative. Waited about an hour but service was quick. Saw the vet doc for literally a minute, wrote me up an estimate of treatment, had the tech bring it back to me. I looked at it and was flabbergasted by the cost of treatment. I volunteer for two dog rescues so I’m very in tune with treatment estimates etc. I told the tech I only had X amount on my CareCredit card and I couldn’t afford the overly charged estimate. She s... read more
I'm very impressed! I'm watching my friends dog for a couple of months, and came home Tuesday night, to him vomiting and having bloody diarrhea. Panic! We visited Creekside, and after the Vet speaking with the Owner, they settled on a course of action. Today is Thursday, and you would never guess that this dog had ever been sick! I definitely will keep this place in mind in the event that either of my dogs get sick in the evening!
When you try to ask a genuine question concerning your pets health, they have the nerve to scold and belittle you and try to make you feel stupid. There is nothing worse than a stuck up Vet who thinks they are superior. I am speaking of Dr. Virginia Munson in particular. She should be ashamed of herself and Creekside should do themselves a favor and get rid of this poor excuse for a doctor. Do yourself and your pet a favor and go somewhere else. There are PLENTY of other vets in the area.
This hospital is amazing the staff is great! Shay is hands down the best, this vet tech explained pricing every step of the way, she was very caring. My fur baby came in with back pain and the tech was so gentle. Dr. Richey is outstanding she was able to get my baby back being mobile after a 3 hour drop off, he wasn't yelling in pain, like before. An the bills was decent for the services I received.
