Happy Wonderful apartment community; staff always friendly and willing to help in any way. Great place to call home. In particular, victoria and Jacqueline make this community fantastic and rental payment is incredibly simple and easy using the online website. Absolutely would recommend this building to anyone looking to live in Richardson.

Keep It moving! If I could give 0 stars, then I would! I have lived in these apartments 3, going on 4 years. I could honestly say I never had an issue with the apartments and have told many people that they should move here, but I will no longer be on that side of the fence!! Repeatedly I've asked that I be informed BEFORE SOMEONE ENTERS my home and I'VE GIVEN PERMISSION. On three occasions, my home has been entered without any prior informing.
