Roaches/unsafe Worst place you can live at! Infested with roaches and my vehicle was stolen from here. They don’t even take the trash weekly. By the end of the week there is trash everywhere outside

Verified Renter When I moved in 2008 the apartments were totally updated.No issues with the stuff or maintenance. Years pass by n apartments kept changing owner.After new owners wprk orders to be done take forever. I understand sometimes things happen,but takes to long. Apartments need to be updated as well!!

Verified Renter Overall Creekside is an affordable living area. Its not the newest nor the oldest, it has pros and cons much like anywhere you go. Parking can be an issue. Garbage is definitely an issue, but grounds maintenance is great, office staff are friendly and responsive, I have a dishwasher and AC both make me happy. The grounds are groomed on a regular schedule. For me the location is convenient to get to work.
