Definitely not luxury apartments, the stairwells are always filthy and have a million red hornets nests, that i actually got stung by. Someone did a hit and run on my car in the parking lot. Management is weird and they lie and try to charge you for their mistakes and blame it on you. security also will come up to your car in the middle of the night and ask you what you are doing like you don’t have free will. 3 years it keeps getting worse.... This place is falling apart, I've spent more on cleaning this unit then I had to put down on my deposit. The staff does not do a good job at anything, inspections or retention. Its like they want you to move out so they can take from the next local that has minimal expectations. Hillside on parmer part two of the terrible management and ownership practices.
$800 in tow fees in 1 month, get your car towed where you live. This is highway robbery and the management plays part in it!!!
Billy and Margarita are the best. We just moved in last month, we've had some hiccups and issues in the apartment. Examples such as issues with the washing machine, and flickering lights. They were quick to answer any questions and even quicker to respond to the issues. Overall give them 10/10 very good service from both Margarita and Billy, and Creekside has been really great!
