Cher was absolutely amazing! When my washer broke, I reached out via email and she immediately helped resolve the issue and quickly got the process started to order a new one once maintenance determined my washer was going out. Special shout out to Jose and Clyde for doing their best to fix it and taking the time to thoroughly check. In the meantime, Cher went above and beyond by allowing us to use a vacant apartment’s washer so we weren’t left stuck to going to a laundromat and spending money. I wanted to wait a bit before writing a review. I have lived here for about 3 months, and so far it's been great. Cher knows her residents by name and face. She goes out of her way to make sure you're a valued resident. Dave, the head of maintenance, is always great to work with. I have had a couple of maintenance issues, as expected in any complex system, and they have always been swift to resolve them. The apartments are nicely remodeled, but the common areas seem to be neglected. The gym has been requested to be cleaned multiple times with little to no improvement. The spa area also needs attention specifically, the button to start the jacuzzi has not been working for a while. Other areas, such as the elevators, are consistently dirty and poorly maintained.
