I always have a positive experience here. But today was a tad bit different. Whenever I get a reminder about my cleanings, I ALWAYS make sure I ask about the cost. I do not make a lot of money, so I make sure to budget very carefully. I do not appreciate being told one thing over the phone, get the service done, and then I am told I owe money.
