The time Dr. Deas took out to explain his concerns, his bed side mannerism and to recommend other health professionals to try and prevent me from having my teeth extracted. The staff greets with smile, the front desk clerk brought the paper work to me, that I had to fill out. The hygienist stayed in the room with me the entire visit. Amelia, is the best, although my appointment was later in the week. She made sure she called me when someone cancelled, so I could be seen earlier. The greatest dental experience ever!

The best part of my appointment was the overall almost painless removal of my temporary crown. Although, I hardly felt the slight pain as Dr. Deas drilled. He was very sensitive and aware of the temporary discomfort I felt. I can say, I really appreciate his sentivity and knowledge of his patient's reaction. Well Done!
The entire staff at Creekside goes out of their way to ensure care and comfort, which is not always easy at a Dentist's office. I could not imagine having anyone else taking care of my dental needs!!
I came in as a new patient and the amount of time that was spent with me to make sure I understood everything that was happening or things that needed to happen was excellent. This is by far the friendliest office I have been to. I woud not hesitate to reccomend them to anyone.
Dr. Deas was very detail in discussing my treament plan. He was pleasent and did not seem to be in a rush to address my needs. His assistant Nikki ws also knowledgeable and very helpful. The initial call to schedule the appointment,the day of my visit the front staff and all were friendly and treated me like a guest in their home. Overall Excellent customer service!!
The staff was very friendly. The dentist and hygienist were very professional, thorough, and informative.
