I have received reminders online, by telephone, and by text. I appreciate multiple opportunities for communication. Dr. Deas' staff meets patients' preferences for communication. I once called the office after hours, to schedule an appointment. I left a message and was pleasantly surprised when I received a return call within minutes.
I am amazed at how quickly I got in to see Dr. Deas on such short notice! My filling came out and I called and got a same day appointment!! Upon my arrival, I was super anxious with fear that it was going to effect the tooth that needed a root canal and I was a little less than pleasant. Despite that, Crystal kept her composure and by the end we were all laughing! Mr. Deas and Crystal did the best to keep my repair as least invasive as possible and they did! Dr. Deas and his team are great! I had an unexpected broken tooth and got scheduled ASAP. There was no wait and was seen immediately. I always look forward to my visits regardless of what procedure I am having done. Dr. Deas and his staff are a pleasure to be around.
