RecommendedI have an extreme phobia of dental tools being in my mouth. That being said. Dr. Melbourne and his team have been absolutely amazing to the point where I actually enjoyed my visit today. 2 fillings and a crown and my nerves were never high and there was no pain. Dr. Melbourne, staff... from the bottom of my heart. Thank you for being amazing with people like me. You've mitigated my fear of dental work and you are helping me get my teeth back to where I want. 😍
They schedule other patients during your appointment time and don’t inform you. Showed up for my appointment that was scheduled 6 months ago and was told they put someone else in my spot and that I would have to reschedule. NEVER going back and will let everyone I know never to go here. Drove all the way from Dandridge to Knoxville for this appointment. Ridiculous!!!
Dr. Melbourne and his staff are amazing. I was expectedly very nervous about having dental work done and they made sure I was comfortable and as pain free as possible throughout the process.
I love Dr Melbourne and his staff! Dr. Melbourne has a great sense of humor and truly cares about his patients. The staff at Creekside are top notch. They are all very professional and friendly. The care you receive there is top notch!
He is the best I can’t ask for a better person who cares about his work he is so wonderful always cares always has a smile on his face I promise if you get him to be your dentist you won’t regret it ❤️
My kids love Dr. Melbourne and his staff. I was really nervous about having to start over with a new dentist but the staff is wonderful!
Dr. Kent is very professional, caring, friendly, and helpful. He and his Wife Jama are some of the nicest, and most understanding, and good people that I have ever met. They make you right at home.
Dr Melbourne at Creekside is gentle and explains in detail what you want to know. Friendly staff. Been going to Creekside for 10 years and highly recommend!
