I have so much to say about Creekside. The staff is VERY unfriendly. I always say hello to everyone, and only one person and she's a nurse....says hello back and gives hugs. My mom and I are very grateful for her. My mom likes her sweet tea, and the cafeteria staff said they were out, so I went out to buy her some, then someone brings up tea. This happens often. I'm not going to say its a bad place. but I still work there and we can't keep employees. the food system is very bad. the people that suppose to be trainers don't no what they doing.I still don't no what I'm doing and I been here awhile now. management is kinda in between somedays good somedays bad. if I had to give a score from one to ten I would rate a four.
Creekside needs to get a life............................................................management needs to really get a life..............................................who ever wrote that last review you really really needs to get a life and stop taking up for creekside cause yes thats a bad place.
It's a shame that "disgruntled" people have to resort to sites such as this all for their own personal satisfaction. I guarantee that who ever is posting such false, inaccurate, and completely idiotic information about Creekside; they're probably just a very unhappy, lonely, miserable, uneducated individual who need to "grow up". My mom has been at Creekside for over a year. This was a very difficult decision for both my mom and my family and we could not be happier! She has adjusted VERY well thanks to the managment and the staff. Granted, no place is "perfect", but from the standpoint of a family member...we could not be happier. This place is a joke. They don't pay their employees enough for what they do. They work you do death and don't appreciate anything. No raises, understaffed, and treated like dirt. I currently work there and wise I had taken the other job offers I had instead.
too much worker turnover. 4 directors and 3 head nurses in 2 years facility open Great workers come and go like revolving door because they mess with their hours until they quit.
my parents are here and are very happy
My mother is at Creekside and absolutely loves it. She was against going into a "home" at first, but now she couldn't be happier. The food is great and the staff is friendly. The building is first class...stainless steel appliances in bedrooms and flat screen TV's everywhere. Our family highly recommends Creekside.
