The people who work here are great but the construction is poor. They may look nice but there's absolutely no sound insulation, we don't get hot showers and the water pressure is low. On top of being able to hear the people above us at all times there is a very loud patter like someone dropping a golf ball every time that they use water upstairs. Creekside has electrical issues and water pressure issues. In addition, I have had a very expensive package “misplaced” even after the staff emailed me that they had received my package. The resolution the staff proposed was to contact the company I purchased from and request a replacement. It conveys dishonesty and a lack of attention to detail. Customer service, integrity, and safety are not part of Creekside’s mission. I wouldn’t recommend living here.
Living here close to a month now and it is great! The office staff are very helpful and maintenance is always on top of things if you need a repair! I feel at home and welcomed every time I'm greeted by staff!
