I was the first person to move in full time. At the time I signed, there weren't any buildings, only a concept. That is now quickly becoming a reality, and oh what a great place it is to live!
I loved it so much, I bought a house and stayed.

My buyer was one of the first to write a contract within the community. They took a chance on the community as there was nothing to look at but a mound of dirt. It looks like it should pay- the builder and contractor were communicative and they love their floor plan!
