Just to add on to the experiences I have already written about. We closed on this house three weeks ago, even though during the walk through there were several things wrong that needed to be fixed. We did this with the promise that all of those things would be fixed soon. That was a mistake on my part, as many of those things are still not fixed. The best place to live!!!!
when I first moved here it was ok. now it's a nightmare place to live.
Great homes, neighbors and lots of things happening all the time with more to come! AND they are selling to 40 and over. So if you don't have kids, not looking to have any and you want a ranch home with all the amenities this is worth a look! So glad we decided on moving here and enjoying watching every house be built!
