RecommendedCreekside has hands down the BEST customer service of anywhere I’ve ever been! All of the staff get to know you and treat you just like a friend! Sasha (the manager) is by far the best manager of any business I have ever seen. She responds super quick to any questions or concerns and goes out of her way to make her residents happy! Best apartments to live in by far!
They chose to kick my family and I out around Christmas 2018, to “repossess” the apartment we were renting on their own decision without even speaking with us about why, that is until we asked them on multiple different occasions as to why. Balmoral claims they can if they feel you’re violating any their terms which, again they told us that it was their own decision to do so. RecommendedEver since we have lived here, it has been nothing but awesome, everyone in the office always takes care of us and the maintenance crew is great, they keep up on everything, anything that needs repaired in the apartments and keeping the property clean. Michael and Jordan are my boys and they will take care of anything you need. Any questions or concerns you have, anyone can answer and make sure it gets done. Will be resigning our lease in March.
RecommendedCreekside is a great place to live! So far, we have had such good experiences. The staff is friendly and helpful. I dealt with Mario when applying and he did a fantastic job! Our apartment is gorgeous with a view of the horse pasture. The only drawback is not enough parking spaces.

RecommendedEasiest move in ever! The staff made it so easy and fast for us to move in, and accommodated our move in to be quicker, and the lease was electronic so there was no long paperwork to fill out and we got approved the same day! We love the community so far! Staff is WONDERFUL!!!!
