Dr. McBrine and her staff were great with my 4 year old! She had a blast!

I called at 12:30 to schedule appts for my kids because I got a letter in the mail telling me it was time again to see the dentist, and the receptionist answered and said " can u call us back at 1:50, we are on our lunch break" . Wow really, I thought that was so rude, why even answer the phone then. Your hours says 8-5 not 8-12 1-5. I called on my 1/2 hr lunch break because I would not be able to do it later on. Thanks so much for being considerate. Over an hour for lunch, is ridiculous!
I drive all the way from Austin bc they are that great! From the warm welcome at the front desk to the gentle yet effective cleaning from Frances to the well thought out treatment plan and care I received from Dr. Grimes and Dr. McBrine, this practice made my patient care and comfort its #1 priority. In the past, I have not enjoyed visits to other dentists, but this office is an exception. They are so gentle and caring. And the office is a calm and relaxing environment. My teeth and smile have never looked better. Thank you!
