Our first time stopping by this apartment complex. We were greeted very warmly and offered a same-day tour of one of the units. My family and I are in search for our 1st apartment as a family of 3.
We love it here!!! Our neighbors are so nice . It is a very welcoming community very quiet and cozy! The parking however is horrible and I often feel like I can’t leave because I won’t have a spot when I return. A lot of the cars taking up spots don’t even live here. They would benefit from assigned parking.
My apartment smells like cigarettes constantly because i live above a smoker. They also said they allow smoking inside which would've been helpful to know when i mentioned this issue prior to move in. My main concern is safety, I have to hope that my nighbor dont fall asleep with a lit cigarette and burn everything in my unit. Update: the office reached out to my nighbor and the smell is a little more manageable now. My concern for fire safety still the same but I really love how quiet this place is
