Had a incident last night and had my semi towed here. First let me say as we all know getting into and out of a diesel repair shops are a nightmare. I read the reviews and learn they have a in house angel, named Barry, I suggest Barry The Magnificent!!!! Not only was my truck fixed, it was fixed before 1pm roughly 14 hrs from breakdown. This is a shop with a heart and an understanding of what we drivers face out here.. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks Barry & staff we won't forget you!!!!!!
This place is a joke. They stole all my tools from my truck and then decided that they didn't want to do the work that they quoted me. Not very professional Barry...
I brought my 5th wheel in to have new spring seats welded onto the axles. I was quoted 2-3 hours to weld on all 4 spring seats by the head tech. The tech then told the office lady that he would have the “kid” do it. I spoke with the kid to make sure he understood the job. He seemed knowledgeable enough but what I didn’t like is he was smoking the whole time he talked to me, while explaining the job and when I came to pick it up and he was showing me what he did.
