I had a deck built a little over two years ago. I had so many problems with the general craftsmanship. I don't have one level support post on my railing. my lattice post is so far twisted to make it fit its it's ridiculous. I still have a few braided steel cables that are not tight that I had called them back out on to fix twice. When I called the third time about how bad my lattice was unlevel. Excellent work and very good prices and was willing to go the extra mile for me this summer really took care of my lawn and did beautiful landscaping for me and had next day service and they even returned and checked to make sure I was satisfied this is a top notch company will not go anywhere else for lawn care needs
Absolutely amazing! Steve went above and beyond to make sure I received my dream patio. Not only was he extremely nice and helpful, but he made sure it fit within my budget. Excellent customer service and the quality of work is outstanding. He was able to get me in earlier than the quoted start date, which was a plus right off the bat. Contacted with Creech’s nearly 5 years ago to install a paver patio with a wall and 2 columns. Did a great job, but that’s not why I’m posting. Over the years the columns and wall started to lean. Called them back to report the “lean” to get an estimate to repair. They came out yesterday and made the repair. NO Charge! That’s customer service! Would highly recommend! 5 Stars.
