I am very dissatisfied with this credit union, they don't stand by their word and their customer service reps don't know how to speak to the customers on a professional level. I am not going into details, but when does putting the customer first becomes a priority? I honestly don't believe that when people work hard for their money and entrust institution like these to lookout for them, the service should be investigated thoroughly before reversing charges to the customer and not the merchant.
