RecommendedBought my ring elsewhere and took it to Credit Jewelry to be resized. The customer service is terrific! Jennifer explained everything step by step so we had no surprises when we returned to pick up my ring. I was able to inspect it and try it on before paying. It’s perfect! The customer service and craftsmanship will keep us coming back! They also have a large selection of men and women’s ready to wear pieces and offer a plethora of customizable options
They are great at helping create jewelry for you, repairing and sizing their jeweler created rings are amazing , I have bought and used Credit Jewelry since they first opened and have never had any problems they are very friendly and kind people I live Credit Jewelry!
My husbands ring has a very visible line and a dent. My ring is at least a size too big and we paid much more than expected because they said it needed new prongs. Which seems to have been them taking advantage of our lack of knowledge on jewelry. All in all a bad experience. Neither of our rings work despite being very expensive. The men who did the actual work were very rude and even the sales associates seem scared of them. We are very dissapointed. They seem to have over charged us and the rings aren't even workable now. Mine is at least a size too big and my husbands has a very visible line and dent. It doesn't look like it will hold up and mine is unwearable. Some of the employees were very rude as well. Definitely will be avoiding this store in the future.
They sized my wife's ring much too big. My ring has a big line and dent from the resizing and it seems they may have over charged us. We are very disappointed that they aren't at least wearable.
I have received several pieces of jewelry from Credit Jewelry and even had a ring custom made! Beautiful pieces!! Awesome staff!!
