I have had a horrible experience with this company- probably the worst I have ever experienced. The company does not provide any communication via phone or email. I have been trying to clear my account for a bill that I never owed- Insurance paid the bill in full. The company has the EOB. The company only followed up on my situation each time that I sent an email. I guess my emails served as reminder notices- that's not very professional. The manager was not helpful at all. Never had such horrible service from any type of company. Trying to get in contact with them takes days. Phone rings and then they say leave a message and we will get back in 3 days! If you do get an answer the person is nice but does nothing. Took me 6 months and threat to sue to get my bill fixed. They doubled my bill for no reason. Sad thing is my local Fire department uses this service and they still don't have there money. We regret that Mr. ****** had such a negative experience with our company. There was an insurance billing issue on Mr. ******** account, which we worked with him to resolve. Additionally, the $6 fee is a credit card processing fee not charged by our service. Credit Bureau Systems /Ambulance Medical Billing is a reputable company which has been in business for 69 years, and we do our best to resolve patient inquiries as they come up.
Don’t bother trying to contact these people. They will not answer calls on either number on the bill or by email.

I apologize for your frustration. CBS receives thousands of calls and emails daily and handles most of them expeditiously. It is possible to encounter hold times or due to busy call volumes or occasionally a voicemail rather than a live telephone representative. It does appear we successfully made contact with you the day after this comment was posted and the issue has been fully resolved. Sometimes perseverance and patience do bear fruit. Thanks for demonstrating both!
