Karen Lovejoy is bashing a company that was hired by the property management company, not herself. She isn't even a customer! This issue is between the owner of the house and the property management company, not between cleaners. Zero stars is what it should be for a company who is hired by a property management company last week. They leave a check list of what four people have done. Nothing visible is cleaned comparing it to the check list. A Property Management Company hired them without the owner knowing they were coming. My cleaning supplies for the following Saturday this past week were thrown in the garbage can outside with one of my Costco Kirkland 13 gallon bags.
