We recently moved to the MS coast so had to find a new boarder for Elvis. He was used to the same place for six years. I've introduced him to Creature's Comfort slowly - a few day care sessions, a couple of overnight stays... He is happy to go and that is a relief for me!
Great place and staff for boarding your pup! Luna came back to us happy and healthy! The customer service was great at a fantastic price and we had an overall great experience! Only recommendation would be to maybe have a way for parents to check in on their fur babies - a picture or video every day or so to know she was doing well would go a long way!
We were very hesitant to board to 2 dogs for the very first time (our baby girl is a 115lb Mastiff and she is her brothers (Bluetick Beagle) protector, they don't like being apart! We had Creature's Comfort watch our babies during the summer of this year for 2 weeks when we went on vacation. Being able to visit Creature's Comfort in person prior to bringing our dogs there helped me feel sure of our decision and comforted knowing they have a great facility and plenty of room for the animals, and that our dogs could easily go ... read more
Great plant! My anxiety filled puppy did great, and I loved getting picture updates!!! Highly recommend!
Always know our dogs are in the best of hands! We really like the large kennels and outside runs and individual attention our dogs get when with Shari and staff.
I was nervous to "board" my 9 month old lab/pit mix puppy while I went out of town. However, Shari and everyone else at Creature's Comfort took great care of him. Such an awesome staff, location, and facility! We will definitely use the lodge for him again in the future. Thank you all so much for loving on him and treating him so well! He hasn't stopped napping since he got home, safe to say he is worn out from playing with Lily. :)
