Mike, owner of Creative window coverings was so great to work with. On time, pleasure to talk with, skilled with the blind's. ( Though we had an issue with the manufacturer, Hunter Douglas, regarding a policy that they weren’t living up to) Mike made calls to them, and Mike got the issue fixed, and we got the material that we wanted.
