Mike, the store owner is very knowledgeable in his business & guides you in the many different options that he has to offer. He is a “no pressure” owner, but you will be very happy with his products. Creative Window Coverings, headed by Mike Leary, deserves a 5-star review because of not only the quality of their products, but the customer service. Mike came to my house promptly after I called, helped me choose window coverings that were perfect for my kitchen, and only after a short wait for the delivery, came to personally install the blinds. Superb installation as well as superb service. Several years after Mike installed my blinds, the blinds did not work properly opening and closing. Mike came, removed the blinds, sent them back to the manufacturer, got the blinds back and reinstalled them. They have continued to work perfectly. A "no worries total experience". Stuart B.
