Mike was a pleasure to work with. He worked around our schedule, was prompt in coming over and picked up the blind himself. I thought the blind was irreparable and was prepared to pay for a new one but Mike was honest and said that he could fix it and he did! Saved us hundreds of dollars and within 2 weeks our blinds were good as new! Will definitely use this company again

So Grateful for Mike! He Handled an issue with Hunter Douglas shades that I’d purchased, years ago elsewhere and the place was no longer in business. Mike handled the warranty with grace, humor and professionalism. It was all expedient in a timely manner. A true pleasure to work with. Go There!

We only have the best review to make for Creative Windows. We’ve used them before for different room and different styles. Mike’s eye for design was better than ours. We just ordered another set for each of three rooms. He is so easy to work with. Gorgeous! We recommend them highly!
