I purchased more GHS tape for the Labeltac Pro 4 printer. The product itself is decent quality, but the printer isn't extremely user friendly. I keep having a problem of the label being cut too soon or too late to where each label doesn't stay intact.

The ease of use of your website was really good, in fact I plan on ordering more items. On the downside, the customer service could use some help. I wanted to have custom signs done and your team couldn't follow the email directions with the correct spelling- it was frustrating because they even responded to my email, with my email embedded into theirs- and still had the message incorrect. However, your team was very good at contacting and trying to get it right. So a B- over all.
