First of all I gave the incorrect address for delivery and needed to call and fix MY mistake. The product showed up at the correct address in 3 days just as the website stated, I was impressed as I started off on the wrong foot. The biggest reason I am so happy however is the product it self works great! Perfect in fact and I was concerned about the ability to cut the product but it was a piece of cake. This product has solved numerous other storage difficulties that I haven't even addressed yet! Thanks very satisfied!
