My brother and I worked with Creative Results and Realtor DOU HER as first-time home buyers. Dou nicely outlined the home buying process from the beginning. She was in constant communication during the entire process and provided prompt answers to all questions we had along the way. We closed on a home this month! Thank you!
Very unhappy with the service we had. Our realtor didn't communicate with us much. we pretty much had to clean out our entire house which we are still living in before she would even talk about a contract. Our contract was 6 months in that time we never had a for sale sign out front. Never called us when she said she would, never sent us listings of homes to see, and was on vacation every other week.
