We have had experience working with Joe Sananes of Creative Remodeling on a number of projects – guest bath, master bath, and a new second-floor laundry room. He recently completed a full kitchen gut-renovation along with the great room and powder room, including installing new wood floors in the family room that seamlessly blended into existing wood floors in the kitchen area. Creative Remodeling & Design is a very upstanding and professional business. Joe Sananes helped us find ways to remain within our budget while helping us achieve the look we wanted in our bathrooms, the rooms are gorgeous! His workers are very meticulous and experienced at what they do. It is obvious that they all take pride in their work! This is by far the best company we hired to perform services in our home. Joe and his crew did an outstanding job of designing and remodeling our kitchen. Our house is charmingly old, and we wanted the charm maintained. The kitchen presented structural challenges that Joe was able to rework into functional and esthetically pleasing areas. I had my bathroom renovated and it came out excellent! My concept was more rustic and with Joe's help it all came together. He has an excellent team that works very hard and are respectful and friendly. At the end of each day they would take be through what they did for the day and I was always amazed how much work they got done. Joe said my project would take 3 weeks and sure enough it did! Complete bathroom remodeling. Joe and his crew were excellent. His design book was very helpful. He helped in choosing high quality but reasonable materials. All work was done professionally and to the highest quality. He is a perfectionist Able to make changes during the project and do additional small jobs. Very neat. Lots of personal attention and made sure all was done right. Definitely recommend and use again.
