Joe Sananes and his team did a fantastic job doing a complete gut renovation of our kitchen. He was great to work with and we had constant communication the entire time. He handled all issues and never directed us to a subcontractor. Quality of work is top notch. He has strong design capabilities as well. He tends to lean towards high end materials and isn't the cheapest, but the attention to detail and quality of work is worth it, And he will work with you to stay within budget. Communication was very good. Called at least once a week; if not more. Saw him at least once or twice a week. Actually stopped by one weekend just to see my husband to get his feedback. His design style is amazing. Our bathrooms are so beautiful! Also didn’t cash last deposit until the last few small items were completed and we were satisfied that the job was complete. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Joes approach was different from the get-go. He only quoted us for the work inside the walls. The larger materials were controlled by us with Joe's guidance and discounts. The thing I really liked about working with Joe was his patience and desire to make sure we were happy. He has done so many remodels that he has the vision and foresight to know what will and won't work and he will gently guide you in the right direction to make sure you have no regrets. Joe Sananes, of Creative Modeling and Design, was readily available on the phone and in person, from the beginning to the end of a total remodeling of our master bathroom. Joe has excellent ideas and every detail of the design and installation is important to him. We worked with Joe and his team to help us with the redesign of our kitchen update, powder room and foyer. They did an amazing job. The crew worked at least 8 hours Mon- Fri. They were very open to our feedback but also provided good suggestions. Joe redesigned the half wall between our kitchen and family room to include cabinets which gave us much more storage.
