Communication was very good. Called at least once a week; if not more. Saw him at least once or twice a week. Actually stopped by one weekend just to see my husband to get his feedback. His design style is amazing. Our bathrooms are so beautiful! Also didn’t cash last deposit until the last few small items were completed and we were satisfied that the job was complete. Will definitely be hiring them again.

Joes approach was different from the get-go. He only quoted us for the work inside the walls. The larger materials were controlled by us with Joe's guidance and discounts. The thing I really liked about working with Joe was his patience and desire to make sure we were happy. He has done so many remodels that he has the vision and foresight to know what will and won't work and he will gently guide you in the right direction to make sure you have no regrets. My wife and I met with four different contractors over a six-month period to review our plans for a complete renovation of our second-floor master bedroom suite – which included our bathroom and walk-in closet. Joe Sananes, of Creative Modeling and Design, was readily available on the phone and in person, from the beginning to the end of a total remodeling of our master bathroom. Joe has excellent ideas and every detail of the design and installation is important to him. He suggested places for us to look to get ideas, made many design recommendations, and accompanied us to the tile and plumbing stores when it was time to pick out products. We worked with Joe and his team to help us with the redesign of our kitchen update, powder room and foyer. They did an amazing job. The crew worked at least 8 hours Mon- Fri. They were very open to our feedback but also provided good suggestions. Joe redesigned the half wall between our kitchen and family room to include cabinets which gave us much more storage. I recently hired Creative Remodeling to remodel my upstairs bathroom. Joe and his guys were great to work with and did an amazing job! Joe's design expertise really helped us get the best use out of the space, and his crew worked tirelessly (even through the holidays). They were responsive, punctual, and very hard working.
