Stop sending letters for things that have been on the house for 25 years...
All homeowners have discovered that Mike JRD contractor and Nicole property manager of Hamlet Of Cherbourg are dating, which is why all bids for the condo property are given automatically to JRD without negotiating other bids. JRD and Nicole have been setting the numbers ridiculously high, robbing homeowners of their money due to their neglect to the property and there will be a suit in progress. In my opinion they’re a horrible company. Rude, unprofessional, and a detriment to any community they manage. They’re the type of company that gives HOAs a bad name.
