Creative Management fails miserably in the area of client services and professional acumen. I reside in a small condominium community that been "managed" by Creative Management since the year 2011. From 2011-2018, the community has undergone six different property managers as assigned by Creative Management. The office staff are always friendly, polite and very helpful in taking care of our association matters.
