I began going to Creative Hearing Solutions about 18 months ago because Eric at Advanced Hearing retired and closed his business. Eric referred me to Dimitri at Creative Hearing Solutions. The hearing tech that met with me for the first year at Creative Hearing Solutions was Deano. The staff at Creative Hearing Solutions is very client-focused. Dimitri and Michael had familiarized themselves with my hearing situation and audiologist reports prior to my appt and were ready to serve and educate me. I am very confident in this team including Abby at the front desk. I especially appreciate CHS service to Armed Forces Veterans.
Unfortunately, I can't give them higher than a 1 star. Telling me that I stole the hearing aids from them because they were having a hard time collecting from my insurance. So sad, very unprofessional.
