The staff at Creative Hearing Solutions is very client-focused. Dimitri and Michael had familiarized themselves with my hearing situation and audiologist reports prior to my appt and were ready to serve and educate me. I am very confident in this team including Abby at the front desk. I especially appreciate CHS service to Armed Forces Veterans.
Unfortunately, I can't give them higher than a 1 star. Telling me that I stole the hearing aids from them because they were having a hard time collecting from my insurance. So sad, very unprofessional.
I was very happy with my service with Michael O'Rourke. He was very informative and told me things I was not aware of. I highly recommend creative Hearing Solutions for anyone who is in need of hearing aids. Michael gave me personal experience that I have not found in any other businesses.
I have suffered from tinnitus for many years> I got a mailer from CHS for a free exam and decided to get my hearing checked. Michael, the audiologist, explained how hearing works, how tinnitus is caused and its affects on a person, and how to alleviate its symptoms. Michael listened to my history, and my concerns. The hearing test was easy, and best of all, I had very little hearing loss. Michael was honest and didn't try to sell me anything. It was a pleasure dealing with CHS. I highly recommend them.
Staff very friendly and helpful, Dr. Palilis and HIS O'Rourke were very knowledgeable in meeting our needs. They refitted my extra hearing aids to my wife's hearing needs so there was no need to buy new ones. Follow up appointments were made for adjustments and so far all is good. They are very Veteran friendly and can help with getting approval from the VA to use their facility. Highly recommend Creative Hearing Solutions.
