I have a personal rule to hate all contractors, after too many other bad experiences, and yet Creative Energies (CE) left me happy. I may have to adjust my rule. In my experience, the "big" solar installers don't have quality on their radar. They are all about volume, so you will get trampled. The owner of one other small installer I talked to was outright rude. CE was professional. CE does not subcontract out their work, so it's better quality.
