Very disappointed. Met with owner, Glen for an estimate on a multiple room renovation: kitchen, bathroom & finishing basement. We spent over an hour in our home describing our needs and touring the space. We were then told that we had to pay $750 upfront before he could give us an accurate estimate. They provided a very honest, and realistic approach during a consultation we had requested for some home renovations. It was informative and helped in projecting what changes we really wanted to make to our home, for now and the future.

I originally contacted Creative Design for a kitchen remodel because they are a Starmark Cabinetry dealer in my area. My wife and I met with Peter Sotiropoulos who proved to be knowledgeable about the product, willing to accommodate our design ideas and challenges and committed to our satisfaction. Creative Design provided a complete redesign of our existing small kitchen, working out a way to create more space and a better lay-out within the confines of the room. Peter Sotiropolous, who headed up the design, was beyond competent and courteous -- he showed a level of caring and willingness to help out with problems that had nothing to do with Creative Design that we have rarely encountered.
