Very disappointed. Met with owner, Glen for an estimate on a multiple room renovation: kitchen, bathroom & finishing basement. We spent over an hour in our home describing our needs and touring the space. We were then told that we had to pay $750 upfront before he could give us an accurate estimate. He promised a 3D design with architectural drawings & computer images. He was so professional and his reputation so great that we did not hesitate to pay the fee. My wife and I met with Peter Sotiropoulos who proved to be knowledgeable about the product, willing to accommodate our design ideas and challenges and committed to our satisfaction.
